During my initial foray into this realm, I encountered five fundamental principles that resonated deeply: balance, contrast, emphasis, rhythm, and unity. Balance ensures visual stability, preventing elements from appearing as if they are about to topple over. Contrast creates a hierarchy of information, guiding the user's eye toward the most critical elements on the screen. Emphasis draws attention to specific actions or content, while rhythm establishes a sense of flow and visual connection between elements. Finally, unity ties everything together, fostering a sense of cohesion and preventing the design from feeling disjointed. By mastering these principles, I can lay the groundwork for interfaces that are beautiful, intuitive, and effortless to navigate.
