Product Designer, New York
Specialising in AI products
that don't feel like AI products.
Most AI products are impressive in a demo and exhausting in practice.
I close that gap, designing the layer between what the system can do and what a real person will actually trust, use, and come back to. From 0-to-1 startups to enterprise platforms, if the problem is complex and the users are skeptical, I'm already interested.

What I'm actually good at
Designing AI products that don't embarrass themselves after the demo. Getting skeptical people to trust a system they didn't ask for. Holding a design decision when the room wants to go another way.
Also: asking the question that reframes the whole brief. That one comes free.

What I will not do
Design something without testing it on a real human. Ship a component that looks great in Figma and breaks in production. Pretend research is decoration.
I've worked in places that did all three. That's how I know.

What I'm looking for
A team that argues about the right things - product decisions, user trust, what gets cut. Not a team that argues about which shade of blue.
Though I do have opinions about that too. Strong ones. Sorry in advance.

Open to product designer roles at companies building AI products, complex B2B systems, or anything where earning user trust is part of the design problem - not an afterthought.
If the problem is complex
and the users are skeptical,
I've been waiting for your email.
