Right Product, Wrong Story

Myna's mission was clear: to help restaurants get more customers without expensive agencies or complicated software

The Problem

The existing landing page wasn't delivering. Visitors arrived, scrolled a bit, and left.

Myna needed traction — getting as many businesses as possible to join the waitlist for credibility and momentum.

The challenge was simple, but critical

The old landing page looked fun and colorful, but it wasn’t converting. My UX audit revealed why:

Weak headline

Friendly, but it didn’t communicate the business value fast enough.

Buried CTAs

The waitlist form was placed halfway down the page, with no urgency or exclusivity.

No funnel flow

Sections jumped between features, stats, and visuals with no clear story.

Missing proof

No testimonials, logos, or success stories to validate credibility.

In short, the landing page wasn’t pulling its weight.

My Mission

Was to turn this quiet corner of the internet into a growth driver for Myna

The Approach

I applied sales funnel UX principles to redesign the landing page as a guided conversion journey

Stronger hook in the hero

A bold, benefit-driven headline replaced the mascot-first intro.

Waitlist CTA above the fold

Easy to find, simple to complete (just business & email, no extra friction).

Clear funnel flow

Problem → Solution → Proof → CTA. Each section had one job.

Trust & proof

Stats, case studies, and testimonials built credibility.

Exclusivity & urgency

The waitlist felt like a limited opportunity, not just a form.

Benefit-driven visuals

Each mockup should highlight how restaurants win.
